OMG! This bra is a bit before my time, but had one that was similar. A Gossard Ultrabra Airotic inflatable bra. Pull the plug out, inflate with little pump, insert plug when filled to desired volume. Ditto for the other side. Worked really good. That is, of course, until I sprung a leak on one side when the plug popped out and I suddenly lost my volume. If that happened to me, I can only imagine what happened to women who wore these bras by Frederick's!
